The Numbers Are In

The year end stats have been tallied and the median single-family house price fell by 1.1% from the end of 2006 according to the Northwest Multiple Listing Service.  Most people are seeing this plateau as welcome relief after several years of double-digit increases.  The median home price in King County is now $435,000.  For more information read the entire article in the Seattle Times.

Happy New Year!  I know, I know, this blog has been lame.  I'm just now crawling my way out of this pile of diapers and returning to the workforce as a full-time realtor.  It's been a wild few months in the Seattle housing market and I'm looking forward to getting back out there.
