At Sweet Living, we value diversity, community, equality, and love in all forms, and we will continue doing our part to express those values in every way that we can.
Like so many in our country, the Sweet Living team is deeply saddened and disturbed by the widening racial divide in our country today. We too are disappointed by the refusal of our nation’s leadership to unequivocally denounce the hateful ideology that threatens the basic American values that make this country great, right now.
In 1968, the City of Seattle’s open housing legislation passed prohibiting the unlawful discrimination against minority groups in the renting or selling of real estate. This victory happened after an almost decade-long struggle against the legal and cultural segregation of our country at the time. Seattle’s community, church, and civic leaders worked tirelessly to organize the sit-ins, protests, lawsuits, and legislation that ultimately delivered equal opportunity for housing to all Seattle residents.
For over thirteen years, Sweet Living has served clients of all kind in the pursuit of finding them just the right place to call home. It is our joy to extend expert and heart-felt advice to each person entrusting us with such an important life decision. We remain committed to our mission: To deliver the sweet life to our clients with purpose and expert advocacy.
